We are seeking an experienced Qualified Accountant to join the team in Medway. This role requires someone able to take responsibility for managing client portfolios and delivering high quality compliance and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage tax compliance for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, and limited companies.
- Provide strategic financial advice and support business planning initiatives.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Assist with reports for decision making and advise on growth strategies, capital raising, and exit planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in practice.
- Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience advising on business growth and strategy is advantageous.
