Key Responsibilities:
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements
- Preparing audit files and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Delivering clear and accurate audit reports to managers and partners
- Providing on-the-job training, mentoring, and guidance to junior staff
- Assisting with the development and improvement of internal audit processes
- Supporting wider accounting and advisory services as required
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Strong audit background within practice
- Confident communicator with excellent client handling ability
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable supervising others
- Able to manage workload, deadlines, and multiple assignments
