Rowland Recruitment is supporting a fast growing finance consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality financial and operational support to its clients. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Finance Consultants at Associate, Consultant, and Senior Consultant level to join their professional, upbeat team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will act as a trusted finance partner, delivering a broad range of services including:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting to senior leaders/trustees.
- Budget setting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Supporting year end processes and liaising with external auditors.
- Advising clients on best practice.
- Providing absence cover for Finance Manager/Controller/CFO roles.
- Delivering training on finance systems and processes.
- Assisting with helpdesk and finance system queries (IT interest advantageous).
The role offers a mix of client site work, home working and office collaboration.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
- A confident, professional presence when working directly with clients.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high quality work.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites (mileage reimbursed at HMRC rate).
- Desire to continue professional development (Support for professional exams offered).
- Confidence in handling challenging conversations and supporting clients through complex situations.
- Interest in both finance and systems/IT (advantageous but not essential).
