Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support in a medical setting
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient correspondence
- Preparing and maintaining medical documentation, reports, and records
- Assisting with administrative duties to support healthcare professionals
- Handling phone enquiries and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or administrator
- Interest in working within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting
- Desired: experience in NHS administrative procedures and protocols
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with a professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with NHS administrative systems
What’s on Offer:
- Salary up to £26,000, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position (Part-time options can be considered, with a minimum of 25 hours a week)
