Rowland Recruitment is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a busy payroll team in Medway. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll from start to finish, including RTI submissions and pension uploads
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation
- Prepare payroll reports and month-end journals
- Handle CIS submissions and resolve payroll queries promptly
- Stay updated on tax and payroll regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in payroll, ideally within a practice environment
- Strong knowledge of HMRC legislation and pension auto-enrolment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in payroll software (BrightPay experience desirable) and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
