This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied position, combining reception duties with administrative support, and who takes pride in creating a positive and professional first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a supportive team, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Handling incoming calls and emails efficiently, directing enquiries as required
- Organising meeting rooms and supporting with visitor coordination
- Assisting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks, including document preparation and billing support
- Contributing to internal processes such as timesheets and ensuring general office controls are maintained
The Ideal Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have experience in a professional office setting or a customer facing role
- Be confident communicating with people at all levels, both face to face and over the phone
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Enjoy working as part of a team and be happy to support others where needed
