Rowland Recruitment is recruiting for a School Leaver/Accounts Junior to join a well established accountancy practice within their Accounts & Business Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long term career in accountancy straight from school.
Based in the Sevenoaks area, Kent, this is an entry level role offering full training and development in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This position sits within the Accounts Business Services team, where you will be trained across a variety of areas, including:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Accounts preparation (as you progress)
You will initially focus on building a strong foundation in the day to day work of an accountancy practice, with responsibilities expanding over time as your experience and studies develop.
Training & Study Support:
- Starting with AAT Level 3 (for school leavers)
- Opportunity to progress onto ACCA or ACA qualifications in the future
- Study support provided under apprenticeship study structures, where applicable
